Unstage (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by ZEROHORIZON LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, an Indian private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U62012DC2026PTC471425 and having its registered office at DTU Innovation and Incubation Foundation, Main Bawana Road, Shahbad Daulatpur, North West Delhi, Delhi-110042, India.

ZEROHORIZON LABS PRIVATE LIMITED acts as the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) for personal data processed through the Unstage website, early access waitlist, preview demonstrations, and creator services.

Depending on your interaction with Unstage, we may collect the following categories of information:

Waitlist and contact details: Your name, email address, creator handle or social media profile links, and any notes you submit when requesting early access.

Creator workspace and account information: When accounts are enabled, we collect authentication credentials, profile settings, communication preferences, and project names.

Technical and device data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, approximate geographic location, referral URLs, session timestamps, and interface interactions.

03 / How we use your information

We use the personal information we collect for specific, legitimate purposes:

• To verify, administer, and respond to your early access and waitlist requests.

• To deliver, operate, maintain, and enhance Unstage creator tools and video generation capabilities.

• To communicate important service updates, product releases, and administrative notifications.

• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, security breaches, or violations of our Terms.

04 / AI processing and creator inputs

When you input creative prompts, text, images, or audio into Unstage, our models and infrastructure process these inputs strictly to generate your requested assets and preview outputs.

We do not sell your personal creative data or proprietary prompts to third-party data brokers. Any third-party model providers we partner with are bound by contractual confidentiality, data protection, and security safeguards.

05 / Service providers and sharing

We only share personal data with trusted service providers who assist in our operations, including cloud infrastructure hosts, database management platforms, and email delivery services. All such processors are subject to strict data protection agreements.

We may also disclose personal information if required by applicable Indian law, judicial decree, or regulatory authority, or to defend our legal rights and the safety of our users.
