Unstage (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by ZEROHORIZON LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India with corporate identity number U62012DC2026PTC471425.
These terms apply to the website, waitlist, previews, and any Unstage services we offer to you. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use Unstage for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
02 / Using Unstage
You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live and provide accurate information when you request access or create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any sign-in details secure. Tell us at hello@woohl.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Use Unstage only for lawful purposes and with the rights and permissions needed for the materials you provide. Do not use the service to infringe another person’s rights, send spam, deceive others, break into systems, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service except where law permits or we agree in writing.
The examples on this site are product concepts with illustrative content. Early access features may differ from the demonstrations, and connected workflows shown on the site may be planned rather than available now.
03 / Your content and AI output
You keep ownership of the text, images, audio, video, and other material you submit (“your content”). You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service and to follow your instructions. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence and to use any material or personal information you upload.
As between you and us, you may use output generated for you by Unstage, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Similar prompts may produce similar output for other users. AI-generated material can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review it before publishing, sending, relying on it, or using it in a commercial project. You remain responsible for what you approve and share.
Unstage may help draft messages, schedules, and creative work, but it does not independently commit you to a partnership, publish content, or act for you unless a feature clearly explains the action and you authorise it. You should check any rights, facts, dates, and contractual terms that matter to your work.
04 / Connected tools and third parties
If you connect another service, you authorise Unstage to access and use the information and functions you select so we can perform the task you request. Your use of that service remains subject to its own terms and privacy rules. You are responsible for maintaining any required third-party account and permissions. We may need to change or disable an integration if its provider changes access or availability.
Links, product names, and logos shown in examples do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Third-party products and services are provided by their respective operators.
05 / Availability and changes
We may update, test, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops. We aim to keep Unstage available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised terms with a new effective date and give additional notice where required. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
Information you submit through the waitlist is used to respond to your request for early access. If this site is running as a preview without a live waitlist connection, the form tells you before submission that no email is sent or saved. 06 / Fees and purchases
The current website and preview demonstrations do not themselves create a paid subscription. If we offer paid features, we will show the price, billing period, applicable taxes, and any additional purchase terms before you pay. A separate agreement or order may govern a paid service; where it conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement controls that service. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
07 / Responsibility and limits
Unstage and its underlying technology are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee particular creative, audience, commercial, or financial results. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including lost profits, opportunities, or data. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it, including liability that cannot legally be limited.
You are responsible for claims caused by your unlawful use of Unstage or by content you submit in breach of these terms or another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.
08 / Ending access
You may stop using Unstage at any time. You can ask us to close an account or remove a waitlist request by emailing hello@woohl.com. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, create a security risk, or if we must do so by law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Terms that by their nature should continue, including ownership, responsibility, limits of liability, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
09 / Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, courts in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
